Job summary

Cold Storage Singapore 1983 Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Convenience Store Team Member to support daily store operations, deliver courteous customer service, perform cashiering duties, replenish stock, and maintain cleanliness and SOPs.

You will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, stand for long periods, and assist with deliveries and store opening/closing as needed, in a collaborative retail team. Prior retail or F&B experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Cashier and POS operation familiarity
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance experience
• Team player with reliable punctuality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to retail tempo

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional customer service to customers
• Operate cashiering and POS systems accurately, including handling cash and cashless transactions
• Assist customers with enquiries, product location, and basic issue resolution
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale
• Perform stock rotation and monitor expiry dates to maintain freshness standards
• Ensure shelves, displays, and promotional areas are properly maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the store premises
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries where required
• Support opening and closing store operations as assigned
• Comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
• Support the team in achieving operational and customer service standards
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
