Job summary

COLD STORAGE SINGAPORE (1983) PTE LTD is seeking a Convenience Store Team Member responsible for supporting daily store operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform cashiering duties, and maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the store.

This role requires good interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a commitment to excellent service. Experience in retail or F&B is advantageous, and the position involves a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with cashiering and basic retail operational duties.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing and light manual handling duties.
• Prior retail, supermarket, convenience store, or F&B experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional customer service to customers.
• Operate cashiering and POS systems accurately, including handling cash and cashless transactions.
• Assist customers with enquiries, product location, and basic issue resolution.
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the store premises.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries where required.
