Job summary

TudungPeople Singapore is hiring a Sales Associate/Brand Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service across boutique and digital channels. You will manage orders, support store operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You should bring strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with fast-paced retail systems. The role requires at least 30 hours per week, including weekends, with opportunities to contribute to marketing efforts and team success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.

• Resolve after-sales issues professionally and manage stock counts according to SOPs.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual displays, and store standards.
• Operate omnichannel systems including loyalty programs and order management.
• Provide ad hoc marketing support such as content capture and events.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment.
• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience for every customer
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and upselling techniques
• Execute customer orders accurately and efficiently to support seamless fulfilment
• Resolve after-sales customer issues professionally to maintain satisfactionManage inventory and conduct stock counts following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual displays, and store standards consistently
• Navigate and operate omnichannel systems, including loyalty programs and order management, to support sales and customer engagement
• Provide ad hoc marketing support such as content capture and event coordination as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment
• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, and shifts, to support store operations
