Job summary

Hypha Provisions at Raffles Place MRT Station is hiring a Full-Time Retail Assistant to join our frontline team.

You will provide friendly customer service, operate the cashier and cashless payments, and help with stock replenishment, displays and daily outlet operations. You will also help with opening and closing duties as needed.

Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Full-time role (Mon–Fri) in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Friendly, customer-oriented with good communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided for retail/F&B operations.
• Passion for local F&B brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at our outlet located at Raffles Place MRT Station.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service and assist customers with their purchases.

• Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.

• Pack customer orders and assist with product replenishment and restocking.

• Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.

• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

• Passion for food and interest in local F&B brands is a plus!
