Job summary

KENSHOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and proactive retail associate to engage walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and process sales at our Singapore location.

You will help maintain attractive displays, manage stock, and assist with inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales matters as per company guidelines. The role requires weekend availability and willingness to work at exhibitions or pop-up events as needed; training will be provided, and prior retail experience is an advantage but not

• Replenish stock and maintain neat, organised product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organising stock.
• Attend to customer enquiries, exchanges and basic after-sales matters.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock and maintain neat, organised and attractive product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organising stock.
• Attend to customer enquiries, exchanges and basic after-sales matters according to company guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
• Support in-store promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Support exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up events and other company activities at different locations when required.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to retail and event operations as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with hands‑on product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Regular weekend availability is required.
• Able to work on public holidays when rostered.
• Willing to work at exhibitions, roadshows, pop‑up events or other assigned locations when required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in model trains, buses and collectibles is a plus.
