Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd at Paragon in Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coaching staff and optimizing visual merchandising. You will be responsible for inventory control, staff training and maintaining high standards of customer service across the store landscape.

The role requires leadership in apparel retail, with a preference for experience in children's or maternity lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children's apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Able to work a 6-day including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staff performance, inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach the retail team and support recruitment when required.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and manage escalated complaints, exchanges and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and report sales performance and customer feedback to Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Job description

Working Hours:6-day work week, 44 hours per week
Salary:SGD 4,500 + Team Commission
