Job summary

STRACO Leisure Pte. Ltd. operates the Singapore Flyer, a premier observation wheel and retail destination. This role provides service and assistance to customers to ensure a pleasant visit while accurately processing sales at the cashiering system.

You will deliver professional customer service, assist customers in selecting products, maintain visuals, inventory, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of “N” Level or higher education.
• At least 2 years of retail experience including cashiering duties.
• Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Presentable, energetic, and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to promote and sell products effectively
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting suitable products based on their needs
• Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, point of sale presentation, and cleanliness
• Ensure displays and shelves are neat, well‑stocked, and visually appealing
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to verify stock levels and accuracy
• Operate cashiering system accurately to process customer transactions
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties and support store operations
