Job summary

ISETAN (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, understand needs, explain product features, and offer tailored recommendations. The role includes handling POS transactions, cash/card payments, returns, and meeting sales targets.

As part of the store team, you will keep shelves stocked, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized shopping floor while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Usually a GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or secondary school education; higher qualifications or prior retail experience are a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math for cash handling, and familiarity with POS software.
• Availability: Willingness to work retail shift hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand or walk for extended shifts and assist with stock.
