Sunnyfresh Minmarket is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to support the store supervisor with daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

You will assist in onboarding new staff, coordinate shift tasks, greet customers, recommend products, handle cash transactions, restock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment throughout long shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist the supervisor in training new staff to ensure effective onboarding and team readiness
• Coordinate shift tasks to maintain efficient store operations throughout the day
• Report stock shortages or customer issues promptly to the supervisor for timely resolution
• Greet customers warmly and respond to their questions to enhance their shopping experience
• Recommend products based on customer needs to support sales goals
• Resolve basic customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and store reputation
• Operate the cash register accurately to process payments and manage returns efficiently
• Restock shelves and unpack shipments to keep inventory available and organized
• Maintain visual merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized to provide a pleasant shopping environment
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights to support daily store tasks
