Job summary

POPULAR Singapore is seeking a Retail Admin Assistant to perform store administration, process SAP documents such as invoices and goods receipts, and support stocktaking at Vivo City, Causeway Point or Town.

You will handle phone inquiries, maintain office supplies, and assist Retail Manager. Requirements include O Level with 1 year of relevant experience, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative function of the store.
• Process SAP related document such as invoice verification, goods receipts, data entry, filling of document, etc.
• Handle incoming phone calls, replenish office housekeeping products.
• Assist in stocktaking.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager.
