Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant Manager to support planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives across retail and FMCG channels.

This role will work closely with internal teams, principals and customers to drive promotional activities, monitor commercial performance and ensure effective execution of trade plans. The successful candidate will be analytical, highly organized and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the annual and monthly trade marketing calendar, including budget planning.
• Coordinate trade promotions and in-store activities with internal teams, principals and customers.
• Align promotional mechanics, pricing, objectives and timelines across stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance by campaign and channel against forecasts.
• Support demand and supply planning by coordinating promotional forecasts and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate trade spend records and prepare monthly reports to monitor expenditure.
• Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare management presentations, demand forecasts and meeting documentation, while following up on key action items.
