HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant Manager in Singapore to support planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives across retail and FMCG channels. The role focuses on coordinating promotions, calendars and performance tracking.

You will collaborate with internal teams, principals and customers, manage budgets, demand forecasts and reporting, and ensure timely, data-driven campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade marketing or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the annual and monthly trade marketing calendar, including budget planning.
• Coordinate trade promotions and in-store activities with internal teams, principals and customers.
• Align promotional mechanics, pricing, objectives and timelines across stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance by campaign and channel against forecasts.
• Support demand and supply planning by coordinating promotional forecasts and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate trade spend records and prepare monthly reports to monitor expenditure.
• Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare management presentations, demand forecasts and meeting documentation, while following up on key action items.
