Job summary

CUT BUTCHERY GRILL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced service-oriented individual to join our team. You will warmly welcome guests, ensure a memorable dining experience, and actively upsell promotions. This is a 5-day week with split shifts (10am–10pm) and weekend work required.

Qualifications include min. secondary education and some experience. You will contribute to daily opening/closing SOPs, maintain hygiene standards, and support in housekeeping as needed.

• Some experience preferred.
• Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guest in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding guests' expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Upsell promotional items.
• Perform quality checks to ensure guests are enjoying meals and correct problems if any.
• Assist in day-to-day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
• Adhere to service SOPs and food hygiene standards.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and perform housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.
• Report on time in proper uniform and grooming standard.
• Work with team members to provide good quality service.
• Assist in dishwashing duties as required.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.

Will pay for experienced, enthusiastic individual.
Up $3,500 monthly.
5 Days week (10am-10pm) Split Shift with 2 hours break.
Must work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Weekday rest.

Job Responsibilities

• To adhere to service SOPs.
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintain and comply.
• Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.

• Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
