Southern Hospitality Group Pte. Ltd. is looking for Service Crew (Full Time & Part-Time) at our Toa Payoh Central location in Singapore. You will deliver attentive dining service and assist guests throughout their visit.

We seek individuals with a customer-focused mindset, good English communication, and a positive attitude. Both full-time and part-time roles offer hands-on training and opportunities to grow into supervisory positions within a supportive team.

Competenze

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Mansioni

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
Set up and clear tables promptlyAssist customers with requests and resolve concerns professionally
