Qualifications

• Proficient in full spectrum of casual dine-in F&B function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Experience with staff scheduling and shift planning.
• Commitment to high personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong barista experience and knowledge of beverage service.
• Experience in supervising F&B operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves optimal restaurant performance through sales and profitability analysis.
• Assists Outlet/Assistant Manager in staff recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion.
• Maintains staffing plans and ensures adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Oversees equipment, maintenance and storage management.
• Prepares weekly reports on staff, inventory and performance.
• Maintains safe working environment and completes incident reports.
• Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures by service and kitchen staff.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Management.
