Responsibilities

• Maintain a team‑oriented personality with strong people management skills.
• Develop and cost menu items for food and drinks.
• Oversee kitchen and bar stock, dating and quality assurance.
• Coordinate supply ordering, costs, and staffing with management.
• Ensure recipes and SOPs are followed to brand standards.
• Respond to guest problems and complaints promptly.
• Train new employees on restaurant standards and coaching.
• Manage purchasing, receiving and storage standards for bar and kitchen.
• Ensure grooming and hygiene standards for all staff.
• Oversee equipment maintenance per SFA standards.
• Assist expansion plans and supplier account consolidation.
• Oversee hiring of part-time staff and scheduling.
