Job summary

Ingleside, a modern European dining destination in Singapore, seeks a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations from reservation to service flow and guest follow-up. You will work closely with kitchen and bar to maintain craft standards and protect the brand reputation for quality.

As a leader, you will train the team, manage service outcomes, and ensure every shift reflects our identity of premium dining, wine-led experiences, and attentive hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management or senior supervisory experience.
• Strong wine knowledge and ability to recommend pairings.
• WSET qualifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Train the team and manage service outcomes to reflect the brand’s craft and standards.
• Maintain alignment between front-of-house, kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
• Manage reservations and guest management with attention to VIPs and special occasions.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards and ensure daily reports are accurate.
