WORKFORCE GATEWAY PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional for a Singapore-based restaurant-focused role. You will drive revenue and traffic through strategic marketing, partnerships and events.

Responsibilities include managing digital campaigns, catering programs, and collaborations with corporate clients, travel agencies and event organisers. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills and knowledge of F&B promotions.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue, profitability and customer traffic.
• Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, catering, private functions, group bookings and events.
• Promote the restaurant through digital marketing, social media, online advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, food offers and special dining packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, partners, travel agencies and event organisers.
• Coordinate with management and operations to ensure promotions and events run smoothly.
• Monitor sales performance, feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery and catering sales.
• Manage online delivery platform promotions and coordinate with platforms like GrabFood and foodpanda.
