Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group PTE. LTD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support restaurant facilities across Singapore. You will work with Operations and Management to ensure our restaurants are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and coordinate with contractors to minimise downtime while meeting safety standards. A 6-day work week (44 hours) with rotating shifts is required, and a valid Singapore Class 2B Riding License is

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or technical work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and general building maintenance.
• Willing to work a 6-day work week (44 hours), including rotating shifts when required.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B Riding License.
• Familiar with Singapore's road network and traffic routes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate and liaise with external contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and operational requirements.
• Support ad hoc maintenance and improvement projects assigned by the Operations and Management teams.
