Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant outlets, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.

You will perform on-site maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and adhere to safety standards while supporting day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The role requires flexibility with a 6-day week and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or technical work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and general building maintenance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B Riding License.
• Willing to work a 6-day work week (44 hours), including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Familiar with Singapore's road network and traffic routes.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance works, including electrical fittings, wiring, plumbing, sanitary works, lighting fixtures, air-conditioning diffuser cleaning, and exhaust system cleaning.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification to minimise operational downtime.
• Coordinate and liaise with external contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and operational requirements.
• Support ad hoc maintenance and improvement projects assigned by the Operations and Management teams.
