Job summary

You will manage orders, assist at the cashier, maintain stock levels, uphold strict hygiene, and work with a positive attitude on rotating shifts from early to late hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Capable of carrying at least 10kg of load.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak periods efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items, including bread, fried dough items, dim sum, desserts, fruits, snacks, and beverages such as coffee, tea, and soy milk.
• Ensure food quality consistently meets established standards.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for food and beverages, especially before peak periods.
• Provide excellent customer service during order taking, cashiering, and food presentation.
• Serve customers with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitary while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene practices.
