Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory role within F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in café or full-service restaurant operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house team during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Train, coach, and motivate service staff to maintain consistent service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and shift management.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory control, ordering of front-of-house supplies, and cost management.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.
