Job summary

51 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced restaurant operations supervisor in Singapore to oversee servers, cooks, hosts, and other crew members. You will ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and food-safety guidelines while managing shifts and approving time-off requests.

You will also organize equipment maintenance, monitor stock levels, resolve customer complaints, and support crew with payments via the restaurant POS system. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise servers, cooks, hosts, and crew members.
• Educate crew on proper food handling and customer service.
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Schedule shifts and approve/decline crew leave requests.
• Organize and oversee repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
• Monitor restaurant supplies and place orders for new stock.
• Resolve customer complaints and answer questions regarding pricing and menu items.
• Assist crew with processing payments via the restaurant POS system.
