Job summary

SHIN KATSU PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor in overseeing floor operations and leading the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will ensure smooth service flow, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, manage seating, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires clear English communication and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience in a service or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient English communication.
• Willingness to perform additional duties.
