Job summary

JOB CONSULTANCY GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer-focused restaurant team member to maintain cleanliness, knowledge of menu and promotions, and ensure high service standards.

You will communicate SOPs to staff, handle guests under pressure, and be available to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and on split duty.
• Must possess service-oriented attitude and be adept at handling guests.
• Must be able to work under stress and be adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space.
• Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service.
• Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions.
