Accenture PLC in Singapore is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to join our Global Responsible AI team within the Global Data & AI Practice. You will build state-of-the-art AI systems while ensuring fairness, transparency, and privacy, and work closely with clients to address business challenges.

You’ll contribute across the full AI lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, and help shape responsible AI guidelines, tooling, and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. At least 2 of: Statistics/Probability, Regression, Clustering, Time Series, Tree Ensembles, Deep Learning, NLP/CV, ML Visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; familiarity with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); API development with Django/Flask/FastAPI; version control experience (GitHub/Bitbucket); cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing AI models and solutions with ethical and responsible practices.
• Assessing and mitigating bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, and privacy in AI systems.
• Maintaining and improving AI systems for performance and ethics compliance.
• Participating in full AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment and support.
• Contributing to internal guidelines and technical training for responsible AI.
