Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning or project coordination.
• Ability to forecast resource demand across concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with schedules, material lists and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technician deployment against project timing, site needs and skill requirements.
• Forecast upcoming resource demand with project managers and engineers.
• Reallocate manpower when site conditions or priorities change.
• Monitor utilisation and address resource shortages and inefficiencies.
• Estimate types and quantities of installation materials for each project.
• Check stock and raise purchase requirements to maintain inventory.
• Allocate materials to projects and prepare site requirements to limit shortages and waste.
• Assess technician skill gaps and recommend relevant training.
