Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore seeks a Change Manager to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of Group Resilience capabilities across the Bank. You will design enterprise-wide communications, training materials and stakeholder engagement that translate resilience concepts into practical business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Governance & Change, you will partner with HR, communications and learning teams to build readiness, capture adoption metrics and support strategic

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organisational change management, communications or transformation delivery experience.
• Experience delivering change across large, complex organisations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, operational resilience or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Experience developing communications and training materials and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change strategy and engagement plan for Group Resilience across the Bank.
• Translate resilience priorities and regulatory changes into practical change and communications outcomes.
• Lead enterprise-wide communications, townhalls, campaigns and training materials.
• Advise programme leads on change impacts, stakeholder management and adoption strategies.
• Co-create readiness and adoption plans with HR and learning teams; monitor adoption metrics.
