Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Residential Site Engineer to supervise solar panel installation projects at a Lor Bakar Batu site near Mattar MRT. Responsibilities include daily site supervision, planning manpower, and generating Sales Orders to kickstart projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience with solar installations, be proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and comfortable using Odoo for project management. A Singapore driving or motorcycle license is required.

Qualifications

Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with solar panel installation projects preferred.
Singapore driving license (Class 3) or motorcycle license (Class 2) required.

Responsibilities

Daily supervision of project work teams to maintain schedule.
Prepare Sales Orders for inventories to start projects.
Plan manpower a week ahead and schedule project start/end dates.
Report daily project progress to Business Head.
Present team schedules and manpower allocation in Odoo during Tuesday meetings (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
Liaise with Residential BD Team and Business Head to plan commencement and completion timelines.
Design roofs using Helioscope and draft diagrams with Autocad.
Perform quality control and prepare QC reports for completed projects.
