Job summary

Aurex Group is seeking a commercially minded professional to support the development and market delivery of residential projects across Southeast Asia, from initial opportunity assessment through to launch, sales execution and handover.

This role blends commercial analysis, product thinking and practical project delivery, not a conventional frontline sales position, with cross-functional collaboration across development, design, finance, marketing and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience translating market insight into practical recommendations.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support site assessments, feasibility analyses and evaluation of residential development opportunities.
• Help define project positioning, target customer segments, unit mix, layouts and product strategy.
• Collaborate with development, design, project, finance, marketing and external consultants to move projects from concept to launch.
• Support pricing, sales strategy, launch Phasing, budget inputs, cash-flow planning and sales performance analysis.
• Coordinate project launch activity, including sales materials, pricing documents, agency engagement and promotions.
• Track market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product, pricing and future development decisions.
