Job summary

You will ensure timely delivery and maintain quality and safety standards. The role involves liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and assisting with budgets and risk management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years in project coordination in construction; private residential projects (landed properties) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and safety standards (BCA, MOM) is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception through completion to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and track KPIs against timelines and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and site records.
• Assist in managing project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Support coordination of meetings and site walkthroughs with stakeholders to promote alignment and issue resolution.
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues to senior management for timely mitigation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across projects.
