Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Site/Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works, meet project specifications, and ensure schedules are met.

You will review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, resolve design conflicts with consultants and subcontractors, and monitor on-site progress with a focus on quality and timely completion. Singapore-based role requiring 3+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in an architectural firm or construction company, preferably with HDB/ landed residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee architectural works to meet project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure proper sequencing of works, material availability, and quality workmanship.
• Attend and lead coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.
