JGP-GROUP CONSULTANTS (S) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Site Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in medical building construction to represent C&S consultants on-site and coordinate C&S contractors to ensure smooth execution of site works. You will monitor the coordination between C&S, architectural and M&E drawings, ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards, maintain daily records, witness tests, manage variations, and respond professionally to residents’ enquiries while

Qualifications

• Registered RTO with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical building construction with C&S works
• Knowledge of construction practices and local C&S building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of Green Mark requirements is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Represent the C&S consultants on-site and coordinate C&S contractors to ensure smooth execution of site works.
• Monitor and ensure C&S and builders' drawings are properly coordinated with architectural and M&E drawings.
• Monitor and ensure C&S provisions, plinths, openings and other requirements are properly provided.
• Establish key dates for equipment delivery to ensure timely installation and commissioning of systems.
• Monitor C&S installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily site records, inspection reports and project documentation.
• Check and record instructed variations and ensure the variation works are carried out accordingly.
• Witness and record site tests, inspections and test results conducted by contractors, and submit reports to the C&S Engineer or Consultant.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or site issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Consultant.
