Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for a 18–24 month project in Singapore, starting around November/December 2026. You will oversee site works, ensure adherence to specifications and regulations, and coordinate with the Consultant and contractor teams to prevent delays.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant supervision experience, and a Resident Technical Officer certificate

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure site compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Supervise site works and identify non-conformities in contractor work.
• Ensure builder follows consultant instructions and project procedures.
• Inspect drawings for discrepancies and propose corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Maintain and update site records, inspection reports, safety records, and approved drawings.
• Verify progress payments and material deliveries on site.
• Witness inspection, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure design compliance.
• Report progress and quality status to project QP/Consultants team.

Job Description:

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Period: 18-24 months
• Start from: November / December 2026

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of Factory or Post-Tensioning Works
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
