Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for residential buildings in Singapore. You will supervise site activities, ensure adherence to project drawings and specifications, and maintain quality control and progress records.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant supervision experience, and a Resident Technical Officer Certificate (IES/ACES).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of residential building supervision experience.
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES.
• Knowledge of statutory codes and safety requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor site works ensuring method statements followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
• Verify progress payments and claims for work done and materials on site.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning by contractors for conformance to designs.
• Report to project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
• Project duration: 43 months; start from Sep 2026.

Job Description:

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Period: 43 months
• Start from: September 2026

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential
