Job summary

GeoAlliance Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to monitor site activities, report to the RE and SRE, and ensure compliance with drawings, risk assessments and specifications.

You will supervise civil works on LTA projects, including replacement and extension, viaduct/bridge works, re-alignment of roadways, and related infrastructure. Rotation shifts apply; full-time on site with 44 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all site activities and report incidents including near-misses.
• Assist supervision for civil works including viaduct/bridge and road reconfiguration.
• Prepare daily site reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with plans, risk assessments and specifications.
• Coordinate with RE, SRE and QPS.

Job Description & Requirements

• Work as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-complianceto RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alightment of roadways, fencing and construction.
• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts .
• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.
• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.
• Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.
• Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based,
• Stationed fulltime on site, 44 hrs weekly.
