Job summary

GEOALLIANCE CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to support LTA projects. Report to RE and SRE, monitor all site activities, and report incidents including near-misses.

You will supervise civil works such as viaducts, bridges, new flexible pavement and infrastructure, road re-alignment, fencing; prepare daily reports; ensure compliance with plans, risk assessments and safety policies; work on rotation shifts; stationed full-time on site (44 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works including replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alightment of roadways, fencing and construction.
• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts .
• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.
• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.
• Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.
• Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities based,
• Stationed fulltime on site, 44 hrs weekly.
