Job summary

Good News Community Services seeks an experienced Resident Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee the JSS-OR project’s day-to-day operations. You will be the key contact for HDB, ensuring safe, efficient site operations in full compliance with all guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing the project team, implementing SOPs, coordinating with government agencies, and addressing issues to meet service standards and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related field, preferably Facilities Management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the JSS-OR project.
• Ensure sites are operated safely and in compliance with requirements.
• Oversee project team, establish SOPs and workflows.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Monitor site activities and address operational issues promptly.
• Ensure project objectives and service standards are met.
