Job summary

Millennium Technology Services in Singapore seeks a proactive Resident Engineer specializing in SD-WAN and Zscaler to support enterprise network security and connectivity operations. You will deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, optimize, and support secure network infrastructure across enterprise environments.

The role requires strong technical expertise in SD-WAN architecture, cloud security platforms, network troubleshooting, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure stable and secure

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in network engineering, SD-WAN, or cybersecurity support.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Zscaler platforms such as ZIA and ZPA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity to ensure optimal operations.
• Troubleshoot network, routing, VPN, and connectivity issues within LAN/WAN environments.
• Configure security policies, access controls, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and authentication integrations.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for network and security-related incidents.
• Maintain proper documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, incident reports, and change records.
