Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English communication.
• 3–5 years IT support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for IT support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all backup infra for onsite & offsite (Veeam).
• Provide network support for NAC (Infoexpress CGX).
• Maintain firewall services and change requests for all 4 locations.
• Maintain HCI (Nutanix) in Ren Ci Community Hospital.
• Manage ISP contracts and renewals/tech refresh.
• Maintain Wifi infra for all 4 locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus).
• Manage NAS lifecycle (Synology).
• Manage server lifecycle (Physical/ HCI Nutanix).
• Maintain SSL certificates.
• Manage UPS asset lifecycle (APC).
• Maintain network infra for all locations (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo).
• Oversee server room relocation project for RCCH.
