Job summary

NTU’s Office of Campus Housing is seeking a Diploma holder with relevant experience to deliver exceptional service to residents, staff and athletes on campus. The role offers exposure to customer relationship management, facilities and contracts management, and quality and corporate functions.

You will handle hostel applications, room assignments, billing, maintenance coordination, safety, and incident investigations, with a focus on meeting SLAs and delivering a high standard of on-campus

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 3+ years in residential management or housing operations.
• Experience in customer service or resident relations management.
• Knowledge of billing, contracts, and quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process hostel applications and assign rooms, manage waitlists and appeals.
• Inspect rooms and ensure high quality before student check-in.
• Bill accurately for hall fees and ensure timely collections and refunds.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors on maintenance and repairs.
• Engage residents to address needs and resolve concerns to meet SLAs.
• Inform residents of scheduled maintenance and repairs in advance.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and follow up on enhancements.
• Investigate incidents, document, and propose sanctions as needed.
• Maintain records of resident details, occupancy, and billing.
• Manage facility reservations and related pre/post-event arrangements.
