Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for staff and guests.
• Ability to resolve issues, handle guest concerns, and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and organize staff coverage, including replacements.
• Provide training and coaching on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and manage disciplinary issues.
• Maintain high morale and a positive work environment.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance for timely updates.
• Manage cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities inventory.
