Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in community care, healthcare, social services, customer relations, or resident engagement preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Passion for working with seniors and building inclusive communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for residents, Next-of-Kin (NOK), and stakeholders, managing enquiries, feedback, and communications.
• Build strong resident relationships through regular engagement and community-building initiatives.
• Coordinate case management, follow-up actions, and service recovery to ensure timely resolution of resident concerns.
• Support the development of community partnerships, volunteer programmes, and resident-led initiatives.
• Manage resident onboarding, transition, and feedback processes to facilitate a positive living experience.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and support administrative and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
