Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University and registered Resident Engineer with IES.
• Minimum 5 years of C&S experience with precast structures, structural steel, and local construction practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD and BIM knowledge preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide planning, design and supervision leadership for timely project completion.
• Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
• Supervise structural & geotechnical works and identify non-conformities on site.
• Review drawings and contract documents to carry out works.
• Ensure health & safety compliance per MOM regulations and site standards.
• Attend site progress and technical meetings to resolve issues.
• Maintain site documentation including progress, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.
