Qualifikationen

• Degree from a recognized University in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Registered Resident Engineer with IES.
• Minimum 5 years of civil/structural (C&S) experience with precast structures, structural steel, and local construction practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• AutoCAD and BIM knowledge preferred.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills.
• Effective communication with all levels.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Collaborate with SO Rep Assistant, Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership.
• Implement and sustain site supervision quality and safety assurance system.
• Supervise structural and geotechnical works and identify non-conformities on site.
• Understand drawings and contract documents for site execution.
• Conduct site checks to ensure health and safety compliance per MOM regulations.
• Attend site progress and technical meetings with project team and client.
• Ensure proper site documentation for ongoing works, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions.
