Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Resident Engineer to supervise residential building works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will review drawings, monitor method statements, coordinate with consultants, maintain quality control and documentation, and ensure proper site records, inspections and progress reporting throughout the 24‑month program starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant supervision experience on residential buildings.
• Candidate must hold an RE certificate; without it, application will not be considered.
• Knowledge of statutory codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with method statements.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning by contractors.
• Maintain site records, safety records and as-built drawings.
• Verify contractor progress payments and material deliveries.
• Report to project QP/Consultants team on quality and progress.
