Job summary

IC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Resident Engineer to lead underground MRT station works in Singapore. You will supervise civil and structural activities on site in line with drawings, specifications and authority requirements.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing submissions, and maintaining records while reporting progress, quality and safety. You will manage a team of RTOs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with JAC QSS accreditation.
• Minimum 4 years as Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years supervising LTA civil infrastructure works.
• Strong geotechnical and deep excavation experience.
• Familiar with Singapore codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Proven coordination, supervision and site management skills.

• Conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings with stakeholders
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, regulations and environmental requirements
• Manage a team of RTOs
• Work atleast 44 hours per week

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Civil Engineer
• Atleast 2 years of experience in supervising LTA’s civil infrastructure works
• Strong experience in geotechnical works and deep excavation projects
• Familiarity with Singapore construction codes, standards and authority requirements
• Strong coordination, supervision, and site management skills
