Job summary

ELITEZ SITE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with at least 5 years of post-tertiary experience in Singapore to supervise complex building projects on site at Changi Business Park.

The role requires registration as RE(C&S) with IES/ACES and a track record of supervising Residential, Commercial, Healthcare or Infrastructure works. You will supervise on-site RTOs, maintain meticulous records, review contractor submissions and methods, and participate in site meetings to

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years post- tertiary experience in Singapore.
• At least 2 years supervising Residential/Commercial/Healthcare/Infrastructure Building projects as RE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project to ensure works meet project specifications and Building Control Act.
• Manage and supervise on-site Regulatory Temporary Occupancy (RTOs) activities.
• Maintain records including attendance, leave, overtime, and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor submissions, work method statements, and demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings and identify problems with recommended solutions.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and structural Engineering with at least 5 years' post tertiary experience in Singapore, of which 2 years must be supervise of Residential/Commercial/Healthcare/Infrastructure Building projects as RE.
• Must be Registered with IES/ACES as a RE(C&S).
• Project Location: Changi Business park (no shift work)
