Job summary

SATIATE CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site site supervisor to support the Qualified Person (QP) by supervising structural and civil works and coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with drawings, project specifications, and regulations.

The role involves managing site teams, liaising with Main Contractor's Engineer/Supervisor, and maintaining thorough records of works, materials, and meetings on site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Qualified Person (QP) to supervise structural works according to approved drawings and project requirements
• Liaise and conduct inspections with Main Contractor's Engineer/Supervisor to ensure work quality and compliance
• Monitor progress and perform structural inspections to verify adherence to approved drawings and specifications
• Review and check structural and architectural works against contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings, and method statements
• Provide on-site supervision for civil and structural construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations
• Manage and lead a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officers to ensure effective supervision and accountability for their work performance
• Oversee all construction aspects of the project, maintain records of works, materials, and equipment on site, and document meetings and discussions
• Assist in coordinating contractor activities with consultants and external parties to facilitate smooth project execution
