CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks an experienced Resident Engineer to lead a team of site staff and provide construction supervision, ensuring design documentation is accurately implemented on site. The role requires ensuring works by contractors comply with contract specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, plus undertaking additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, recognised by PEB Singapore.
• 8–10 years of site supervision experience as a resident engineer.
• Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Project for project updates and reports.
• Familiar with local codes & regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction supervision to ensure design documentation is implemented on site.
• Ensure works by contractors comply with contract specifications, drawings and contract documents.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project as assigned.

• Manage a team of site staff and at the same time, provide construction supervision services of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site
• Ensure that the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with the contract specifications of quantities, drawings and all other contract documents.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
• Possess at least 8-10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer
• Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
